How do I place an order?
Simply choose your product, select the desired options (such as size or color), add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Is my payment information safe?

How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
How long does shipping take?

- International: 10–20 business days

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, it means we do not currently ship there.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be modified.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or used cannot be returned. Items returned without original packaging may also be refused.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
How do I choose the correct size?
We provide a detailed size guide on each product page to help you select the best fit. If you are between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges may be available for size or color changes, subject to product availability. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
While shipping delays are sometimes beyond our control, we are happy to assist you. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe.
